Announcing: Webhook retries

If your webhook does not accept a delivery, Pingram tries again. Resend an inbound email from Logs or the API.

If your webhook does not accept a delivery, Pingram tries again. A brief outage no longer drops the event.
Deploys, restarts, and a slow endpoint used to mean that delivery was gone. Your application never saw the notification, the reply, or the inbound message. Pingram now holds onto it.
We try again
When your endpoint does not accept the delivery, Pingram sends that same event again. You do not ask the customer to repeat the action, and you do not rebuild the payload yourself.
Resend an inbound email
Inbound email can be sent again whenever you need it. Open the message in Logs and resend the webhook from the dashboard, or trigger the same resend from the API. Your application receives that inbound email again.
