  3. Sign in to Pingram when prompted.

ChatGPT

  1. Add a custom MCP connector in ChatGPT settings.
  2. Use `https://mcp.pingram.io` (or your region’s URL below).
  3. Sign in to Pingram when prompted.

Cursor

  1. Add Pingram to your `mcp.json` with `"url": "https://mcp.pingram.io"`.
  2. Use your region’s URL if your account is in Canada or EU.
  3. Sign in to Pingram the first time Cursor connects.

Common questions

01 Which AI apps can connect to Pingram?

Any MCP client that supports remote connectors, including Claude.ai, ChatGPT, and Cursor. Add the Pingram server URL in your client’s connector settings and sign in when prompted.

02 Do I need an API key?

No. You sign in with the same Pingram account you use in the dashboard. The AI client never sees your password.

03 Which server URL should I use?

Use the MCP server in the same region as your Pingram account: mcp.pingram.io for US, mcp.ca.pingram.io for Canada, and mcp.eu.pingram.io for EU.

04 How do I disconnect?

Remove the Pingram connector in your AI app’s settings, or sign out of the MCP connection from the client. You can also revoke access from your Pingram account security settings.
