Announcing Pingram on Zapier (2026)
- Product Updates
- Integrations
- Zapier
- Automation
Send SMS and email from Zapier Zaps with Pingram. Connect with an API key and region, no Twilio or SendGrid setup.

We’re announcing Pingram on Zapier. The app is in the Zapier App Directory as public beta. Add Send Email or Send SMS to a Zap and Pingram handles delivery, logging, and US A2P 10DLC.
You pick the trigger (Gmail, HubSpot, Stripe, a webhook, or anything else in Zapier). Pingram is the action.
What you can do
- Send Email — HTML body, subject, optional from name and verified from address
- Send SMS — E.164 destination, optional dedicated Pingram number
Map fields from the trigger into the message. Connect with a pingram_sk_ key and the region from the API Keys screen in your US, Canada, or EU dashboard.
Example Zaps
- New email in Gmail → SMS to your phone
- New HubSpot contact → welcome email
- Stripe payment failed → SMS before churn
- Form submitted → confirmation email
Each send returns a trackingId. Delivery shows up under Logs in Pingram.
How to get started
- Sign up for Pingram if you don’t have an account
- Copy the secret API key and note the region on API Keys
- In Zapier, search for Pingram, add Send Email or Send SMS, and paste the key
- Map To / Subject / HTML or To / Message from the trigger, then test the Zap
Setup details and field lists are in the Zapier help.
Zapier vs Make vs n8n
Pingram is on all three. Zapier is the directory app with API key + region. Make is a verified Make app. n8n is a community node you install in n8n. Use whichever of those your team already runs.
