Introducing: Pingram's European Data Center
- Product Updates
- EU
- GDPR
- Data Residency
Pingram now supports an EU region, based out of Frankfurt, ensuring better performance and data residency compliance for our European customers and users.

Why This Matters
For businesses operating in Europe, data residency and compliance are crucial. By introducing an EU region, Pingram helps customers meet GDPR requirements while improving performance by keeping data closer to users.
What’s New
We’ve expanded our infrastructure to include a new EU region - based in Frankfurt, Germany - joining our existing US and Canada regions. Here’s what this means for you:
- Enhanced Performance for European Customers
With data hosted in the EU, your API calls to Pingram will run faster, ultimately resulting in better back-end performance and faster notifications for your users. - GDPR Compliance
Keep your data within the EU to align with GDPR and other local regulations, giving you and your customers peace of mind. - No Additional Cost
Unlike many providers in the market, Pingram’s EU region is available to all users without any additional charges.
How to Get Started
Create the account in the EU region: sign up at app.eu.pingram.io.
An existing account stays in the region where it was created. Pingram migrates an existing account only for Enterprise customers. On every other plan, create the EU account yourself, use its API key, point your integration at https://api.eu.pingram.io (or region: 'eu' in the SDK), and verify your sending domains again on the EU account. The steps are in Data residency.
