NotificationAPI is Now Pingram

Today marks an exciting milestone for our team: NotificationAPI is becoming Pingram.

Why the Change?

When we started NotificationAPI, the name made perfect sense: an API for notifications - descriptive and practical.

But as we’ve grown, we’ve realized “NotificationAPI” is a clunky name to say or type. It’s long, overly technical, and doesn’t reflect how we think about our product.

We’re doubling down on developer experience, simplicity, speed, and getting out of your way. The name should reflect that.

Pingram is short and intuitive. Like a ping, quick and lightweight.

Hey Claude, implement an sms alert on this event, and if user replies let the admins know over slack and email.

That’s what Pingram stands for.

What’s Actually Changing

Same team, same product, same APIs.

Nothing breaks. Existing APIs and SDKs will continue to work. And your data is not moving anywhere.

In the following months, we will publish new SDKs and APIs under the new brand name but with identitcal functionality, allowing you to migrate in minutes.
