Budget usage alerts, per-email tracking controls, billing email and cancel in the SDKs, and private Slack support.

Four ships this week: budget usage alerts, open and click tracking per email, billing email and cancel from the SDKs, and private Slack support.
Budget usage alerts
Accounts can email the creator when monthly spend hits 80% and 100%. In Plan & Billing, pick up to two percents (steps of 5) and up to three addresses. Each threshold emails once per billing period.
Separately, subscribe to ACCOUNT_USAGE on a webhook endpoint for a signed POST each time spend crosses a new whole percent. Email and webhook are independent. Full walkthrough in the announcement; event fields under Events Webhook.
Per-email tracking controls
Turn off open tracking, click tracking, or both on a single send. Set options.email.openTracking or options.email.clickTracking to false (same fields on POST /email, including scheduled sends). Defaults stay on, so existing sends are unchanged. Delivery, bounce, and complaint events still record.
await pingram.email.send({ type: 'password_reset', to: 'user@example.com', subject: 'Reset your password', html: '<p><a href="https://example.com/reset">Reset</a></p>', openTracking: false, clickTracking: false});Details in the announcement and Tracking and Analytics.
Billing email and cancel from the SDKs
Change your billing email from the dashboard. Cancel or resume a subscription from the SDKs with account.cancelSubscription and account.resumeSubscription — useful for multi-tenant automations. See the changelog.
Private Slack support
The Slack item in the dashboard sends a Slack Connect invite to your account email when you use a work address, so your workspace shares a private channel with Pingram. A personal inbox opens a chat instead. If you are not on a paid Slack plan, join the Pingram community for a private support channel.
